It shows any action which was started in the past from a specific time and which is still on going.

yeh tense aik aisa action batata hai..jo mazi k kisi khas waqt say shuru hua or jo abe tak chal raha hai.

woh sham say so raha hai.

yani us nay mazi k waqt “sham” say sona shuru keya or abe tak us ka action jare hai.

Interrogative
