6.Role of women
Quaid-e-Azam said in speech in 1944,
“No nation can rise to the height of glory unless your women are side by side with you; we are victims of evil customs. It is a crime against humanity that our women are shut up within the four walls of the houses as prisoners.”
Women play a vital role in our
society, we can see, they play role in every field. Now a lot of department
where face the challenges. They perform very well. Islam realized the
importance of women. That`s why, Islam give equality between men and women .As
a mother, her position is very unique. She brings up the children with extreme
care and First school of child is the lap of his mother. It is quite true that
great man have great mother.
If the mothers are educated, the
whole society will progress. European said “Give men good mothers; I will give
you great nation” then we will see, the nation will progress as far as think.
Women worked side by side with men in or society.
Women give better education
than men because they know, what is life, how to live, how to wear, how to
peak, how to walk, how to sit, how to meet elders, older, how to eat, how to
drink etc. They are eager to earn money not only for themselves but also their
family. There are also taking part in the progress of country. They have come
forwarded as athletics .they have also come fireweed writer columnist,
correspondent, newscaster actor, point ,engineer, doctor, prime minister,
ministers, and Rural women work in the field with their male
members form dawn dusk.
On the other side, women are not
equal to men. They are too different. There is much difference between men and
women because minority of men tortures the women, they bear. Most of the cases
happen in our society. However, tradition does not die easily. Society treated
differently, doesn’t give the right and dues to the women. Men dominate and
women keep in separate perspective.
There is no difference between men
and women in the usual activities like eating, drinking, working and sleeping
etc. Generally speaking, most of the men do not like women go to outside the
home for exhibition. But majority of the women is compelled in our society.
5.
HOW DO YOU SEE YOUR COUNTRY IN 2020
In recent years
Pakistan has stumbled from one crisis to another. Reeling from a deadly
insurgency on the country’s western border, its democratic government has
struggled to establish even a modicum of stability. The people of Pakistan have
shown amazing resilience even as they face rising terrorist activity, severe
economic distress and perennial regional tensions.
That
Osama bin Laden was hiding in plain sight in a compound less than a mile from
Pakistan’s national military academy is troubling, to say the least. If
Pakistan’s intelligence missed him completely, then it was a case of criminal
negligence. If there was collusion of some sort, that will be an even more dire
piece of news.
Yet Pakistan needs
more attention and understanding from its most important ally, the United
States, and from the rest of the world. Now is not the time for the world to
turn its back on Pakistan.
Pragmatic and durable
policy options aimed at improving Pakistan’s prospects with a long-term vision
are needed. A new Asia Society study group report attempts to provide them,
drawing on the insights and guidance of 30 Pakistani and U.S. scholars, former
senior officials and experts.
Some of the major
recommendations of the report, titled “Pakistan 2020: A Vision for Building a
Better Future,” are:
The process of
democratization must continue, as there is no other way to expand civilian
control over all institutions of the state. Pakistan has been ruled by generals
for half its history — another military takeover would set the country back yet
again.
Pakistan’s military
expenditures should be made more transparent, and there should be an increased
civilian role in defense spending and security policy decisions.
Independence of the
judiciary — a major Pakistani achievement in recent years — needs to be further
strengthened through respect for the separation of powers enshrined in the
constitution and by providing financial autonomy to the country’s judicial
institutions.
To fix the education
system, spending on schools needs to rise from less than 1.5% to at least 4% of
gross domestic product — so girls don’t drop out, boys don’t end up in radical
madrassas, and Pakistan overall can take part in Asia’s boom.
Along with proper
upkeep of existing hydropower dams, more dams are needed to meet Pakistan’s
current and future energy requirements.
Without a drastic
overhaul of law enforcement, Pakistan’s internal security situation could
worsen further. Major financial investment is needed — for example, half of
U.S. funding allocated for counterterrorism and counterinsurgency support could
be directed toward enhancing the forensic capabilities of law enforcement and
supporting scientific investigations.
Pakistan must
diligently pursue a peace settlement with India, and increased economic
interactions with India will expand the space for a peace constituency in the
country.
While Pakistan has a
reputation as a source of instability in South Asia, it also holds the key to
peace in the future. Declaring Pakistan a failed or failing state resolves
little. By helping Pakistan remedy its dysfunctions, its friends and allies can
help ensure better prospects for all of us.

Self-sufficiency in energy is the assurance to excel any country’s
economy. According to an international analysis, the oil and gas reserves will
be finished into the second half of this current century. For that reason, to
attain self-sufficiency, alternative energy resources are being explored. There
are 929 billion tons approx. coal reserves available in the world whose 40% is
used to produce the electricity. As per an estimation, third biggest coal
reserve of 185 billion ton exists in Pakistan which is equivalent to 400
billion barrels of oil. In other words, our coal reserves are equivalent to
Saudi Arab and Iran’s combined oil reserves.
As per research, $50 per barrel price gives the value of our coal reserve as high as $30 trillion which goes to 187 times high as compared to current GDP of Pakistan. Current government has taken appropriate actions to produce the electricity from Thar coal and other resources during the three to five coming years. Recently, Sindh Government has contracted with a multi-national firm and work has been started to produce the 1000 mega watt electricity from the coal.
These power generating projects will save huge foreign currency which is spent on the import of oil. The second largest oil producing country Iran too is producing electricity from coal. China, in this time is producing 75% electricity with coal and is ready to help us produce electricity with coal. The strong lobby of multi-national oil companies didn’t let the plans of generating the electricity from wind and coal come into being.

In world level, the share of electric produced by the
gas is 19% while in Pakistan 45%, nuclear energy’s share in world total energy
is 16% while in Pakistan only 2%, hydro-generated electricity’s share into the
world’s total energy share is 16% but in Pakistan 3.3% and from oil in world
only 7% but in Pakistan is 16%. Poland and Germany produce the electricity more
than 80% from coal. Likewise, South Africa 93%, India 78.3%, Australia 77%,
China 72%, Germany 52%, America 49%, Denmark 47.3% and UK 32.9% produce the
energy from coal. Pakistan produces only 200 mega watt from coal which is 7% of
total energy production while the energy produced by coal should be up to 25%.
An important and natural resource of alternative energy is wind. Minimum 13 kilometer per hour wind blowing is supposed to be sufficient. By luck, we have the points for the production of wind energy which is available into the coastal areas of Karachi, Thatta, Jiwani and Baluchistan’s coastal belt and other areas situated into northern areas and Azad Kashmir. This time from wind Germany 18000 mega watt, USA 7000 mega watt, and Spain 8000 mega watt are producing the energy.

Wind energy is of importance as it does not create
any environmental pollution at all. Solar energy is one of the cheapest and
important way to produce the energy. As per scientists, the energy received
from the sun in one hour is more than the whole world’s total produced energy
in a year. As per analysis if only half percent of desert land is used for
solar energy it would cater the energy demand for this entire world. Pakistan
has much potential for solar energy because Pakistan is receiving 19 mega
joules per square meter in a year through which 90% of rural area can be
provided the electricity.
Like wise, geysers run
by solar energy can reduce the demand of natural gas in the northern areas.
Nuclear energy is also a cheap resource to attain the electricity. We are
producing only 462 mega watt electricity from nuclear resources which is only
2% of our energy production by alternative resources. In the contrary, in the
world 16% electricity is being produced by nuclear energy. Our natural gas
reserves are finishing rapidly so therefore, it is necessary that electricity
be produced by alternative resources and dependency over the natural gas could
be lessened. If just 50% of alternative resources available in Pakistan is used
so we can export the additional energy to neighbor states. No doubt
self-sufficiency in energy is the first key in attaining the country-wide
economical and social development.
7. The Advantages and
Disadvantages of Internet
In the history of mankind, the Internet is the
greatest development in the domain of communication industry. Similar to each
and every invention, the Internet carries a number of advantages and
